Now more than ever it is important to look after our health and well being.  Acupuncture can positively contribute to the protection of our energy and immune system.  By alleviating stress and anxiety, reducing pain and encouraging a healthy physical function we can improve our body's resistance to disease, aid recovery and boost immunity.

To help protect you and ourselves from ANY virus or infection every care is taken to clean and disinfect between each patient.  Appointments will be staggered to ensure a thorough cleanse of the clinic is performed.

How you can Help

          

• Please DO NOT attend treatment if you have any fever symptoms or cough.  Instead, contact and rearrange for a minimum of 14 days ahead.  

• Please bring your own water.

• ​Please bring a small, clean towel. This is for added protection of the therapy couch and face hole.

• Please do not arrive early.  For the immediate future there will be no waiting facilities.

• Please clean your hands before entering the clinic room.  Antibacterial gel will be provided.

• Please go to the toilet before arriving to your appointment. Unfortunately, toilet facilities cannot be provided at the moment.
